The Provincial Cooperatives Development Office will provide technical assistance support to the governor in carrying out measures to ensure the delivery of basic services and provisions of facilities through the development of cooperatives, new economic enterprises and provide alternative sources of income through livelihood projects, so as to improve the economic and social conditions of its constituents.
