To take charge of all activities involving the enhancement of viability of cooperatives

To establish a functional, continuously updated cooperatives data bank in the province

To establish/strengthen vertical and horizontal linkage for cooperatives within the province and other areas.

To develop an enlightened core of cooperative members through a continuous, systematic cooperative education/training.

To establish/enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Isabela Provincial Cooperative Development Council as an effective partner of the provincial government or cooperative initiatives/education

To continuously recognize cooperatives which excel in their economic and social endeavors as model for replication by other aspiring/struggling cooperatives.

To establish a regular system of providing opportunities for people to be able to help themselves and thereby producing a group of entrepreneurs which will help fuel the economy of the province.
OBJECTIVES
All cooperatives to develop into viable and sustainable economic enterprises and thereby bring out strong cooperative movements in the province.
GOAL
With the orchestration of efforts and strengthening of the inter-agency coordination between the LGUs, NGOs and other government agencies, the Provincial Cooperatives Development Office shall undertake activities to enhance cooperative’s viability which will improve their livelihood, productivity and quality of life.
MISSION
A strong and responsive Isabela Provincial Cooperatives Development Council (IPCDC) in partnership with the Provincial Cooperatives Development Office (PCDO) committed to improve the quality of life of the society.
