A strong and responsive Isabela Provincial Cooperative Development Council (IPCDC) in partnership with the Provincial Cooperative Development Office (PCDO) committed to improve the quality of life of the society.
VISION
MISSION
With the orchestration of efforts and strengthening of the various linkages, the IPCDC shall foster:

To facilitate the promotion, development and sustainability of cooperative in the province of Isabela.

To revitalize the cooperative and Municipal and City Cooperative Development councils (MCDC/CCDC) in the province.

To recommend merger and consolidation to strengthen the financial viability and competiveness of the cooperative.

holding together in unity and harmony towards the development of cooperative.
